BAGBOSS's exchange policy allows you to exchange any BAGBOSS product purchased online within 24 Hours of receipt. Any exchange is absolutely FREE of cost. You will only have to make sure that the product is unused and its original invoice, condition, tags, and packaging are carefully preserved.

To make the exchange request contact our Customer Services Department at BAGBOSS Hotline. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. If you choose to exchange an item, please send back the full parcel to BAGBOSS online store and inform us of our customer service. We will revise and re-send the full order.
